The BMS Department of SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce has continued its legacy and organized, ‘Sharpshooters’, the biggest corporate fest in Navi Mumbai. Sharpshooters records footfalls of about 1000-1500 college students from various institutes, giving them an opportunity to present their talented best selves.
The 23rd edition of Sharpshooters marked an all-offline fest after having shifted to a hybrid format for the last two years due to safety concerns amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This year, the fest included an exciting line-up of pre-events to make the purpose more joyful and enjoyable. The pre-events also focused on developing coordination and unity for the final, on-day events.
The On-day represented an amusing eclectic range of Events from Intellectually stimulated Business Quiz and Debate to exuberancy of Fashion Show and Dance. It provided a great opportunity to students to showcase their talents. The 2 Day event was marked by Two Amazing Events, On First day the event hosted the Well-known Stand up Comedian Swati Sachdeva, who entertained the crowd through her robust comedy. On second day an Music Concert was organised and it was performed by Abhishek Dubey, who enthralled the crowd through his compositions and renditions of other bollywood songs.
Sharpshooters 2023 has conducted many events including AVMs (All Volunteer Meets), theme reveal, DSR activity (cancer patients) in association with Access Life India, a CL (Contingent Leaders') meet, theme release as well as a series of seminars and webinars in association with prestigious institutions like IMS, Infrastructure Development Finance Committee (IDFC), Indian Institute of Freight Forwarders. We also had an exciting series of pre-events which were conducted offline in the college itself.
