Ravindra’s dedication and hard work paid off when the computer institute he studied in offered him a teaching job. This marks the start of his education career. He completed a BBA degree while working in the institute. He gained practical experience which gave him the opportunity to work as a computer operator in private organizations, helping him enhance his skills even further. Driven by his passion for learning and self-improvement, Ravindra didn’t stop there. He continued his education while maintaining his professional commitments and went on to complete his MBA.
This advanced qualification equipped him with valuable business knowledge and leadership skills, further boosting his career prospects. Over the years, he worked in various roles across different industries, each contributing to his diverse skill set. From being a teacher to a telecaller, telesales executive, sales executive, graphic designer, IT professional, cashier, and even a manager at an agriculture company, his experiences shaped his understanding of multiple domains. While these roles provided stability, Ravindra always harbored a deeper ambition—to create something of his own.
His career took a pivotal turn when he decided to resign from his position as a Branch Manager at a finance company, choosing instead to follow his entrepreneurial dream.
With no guaranteed success but an unwavering belief in his vision, he took a leap of faith to build his own enterprise. n 2018, Ravindra founded Agra Computers Home in his hometown, starting as a small computer training institute with a strong emphasis on quality education. He recognized the growing need for digital literacy and practical skill development and sought to bridge the gap by providing students with essential computer training and job placement support.
His institute quickly gained recognition for its structured learning approach and high employability rates, earning the trust of students and parents alike. What began as a modest initiative soon flourished into a reputable institution, helping hundreds of students secure careers in IT and related fields.
The success of Agra Computers Home was not just measured in numbers but in the confidence it instilled in young learners, empowering them with skills that opened doors to better opportunities.

Ravindra’s vision, however, extended far beyond running a single institute. He saw potential in young, aspiring entrepreneurs and wanted to create a platform that enabled them to establish their own ventures. To achieve this, he introduced franchise opportunities under Agra Computers Home and AETD Educational Foundation, offering a structured model that allowed others to replicate his success.
Today, more than 80 franchise centers operate under his leadership, spreading his ideology of accessible, high-quality education and skill development across different regions. His initiative not only expanded the reach of digital education but also created employment and business opportunities for others, reinforcing his belief in collective growth. Despite his success, Ravindra’s journey was not without obstacles. He faced financial limitations and had little prior knowledge of running a business. However, his determination to learn, adapt, and persist transformed these challenges into stepping stones for growth.
His story is a powerful reminder that success is not determined by circumstances but by the willingness to push beyond them. By continuously evolving and staying true to his mission, Ravindra Singh has not only built a thriving educational enterprise but has also inspired a new generation of entrepreneurs to dream big and take charge of their futures. Ravindra's advice to young aspiring entrepreneurs is to have a distinct goal, stay focused, and keep learning. You should believe in yourself, and be willing to make changes. True success is both helping yourself and others. Before starting any business, gain experience in different fields, learn from people, keep yourself updated and always pursue new knowledge.
