From CRPF Public School, Rohini, Delhi, where Nandini secured a remarkable 96% in her PCM subjects, to becoming the founder of The Invincible Academy and Agency, Nandini sparks nothing but inspiration. Despite excelling academically, her career took an unexpected turn after she ventured into the world of content creation. Initially, her goal was to share insights on campus life, Delhi University admissions, and career tips for juniors. Little did she know, this would soon evolve into a thriving career. By July 2023, she’d built an online community that grew exponentially during the admission season, gaining millions of views across platforms. Recognizing the potential, she delved into digital marketing, learning everything from SEO to social media advertising through Google, Meta, and YouTube courses. Her efforts didn’t go unnoticed. Soon, brands across Canada, Australia, Singapore, and India began reaching out for her expertise in rebranding and social media strategies. Her strategic insights led to extraordinary results, such as scaling a skincare brand to ₹5 lakh in monthly sales. As her business expanded, she brought a co-founder on board, someone who balanced her creative energy with a strong technical background. Together, they built The Invincible Academy—a platform that started as a social media management academy but soon expanded into a digital marketing powerhouse. One of her biggest lessons came early on. She admits that initially, she believed she could accomplish everything on her own. “If you want to grow, you need a team,” Her journey has also puts to light the importance of leveraging existing connections. This created the opportunity for her to collaborate with top institutions like IIM Indore and IIT Guwahati. In 2024, her focus was on learning and growth. She’s also had the privilege of speaking at prestigious universities, inspiring thousands of students across India. Yet, perhaps the most meaningful accomplishment has been the launch of the Aparajita Mentorship Program. Named after her mother, this initiative offers free mentorship to underprivileged students, helping them gain access to quality education and reach their full potential. She’d faced several challenges too. From struggling with hiring and retention to managing international clients in different time zones, she has learned resilience and adaptability. “Sustainability is everything,”Her commitment to sustainability and giving back to the community is evident in her actions, both in her personal and professional life.
