Hyderabad is where Mohammed’s grew up but his journey really took an extraordinary turn when his family moved to Dubai. His upbringing offered him a rare insight into the world of enterprise and service. His father, a businessman, and his mother, a respected medical professional, imbibed the values of discipline and perseverance. From a young age, he absorbed the essence of hard work, watching his parents excel in their respective fields while paving the way for his entrepreneurial spirit.
Initially, his path led him to the airline industry, where he began as a customer service agent, quickly climbing the ranks to acting manager. “That role made me realize something profound,” he recalls. “I wasn’t just handling passengers—I was learning how to understand and solve people's problems, and that clicked for me.” This was the spark that ignited his desire to build something of his own. After three years in the corporate world, he made the bold decision to walk away from stability and forge his path as an entrepreneur in Dubai.
With limited resources and immense challenges, He had to deal with unfamiliar territory. “It wasn’t just about finding clients,” he says. “It was about building trust, understanding the market, and adapting quickly. I had my wife and father to lean on, but ultimately, every decision, every risk, was mine.” His perseverance paid off, and AZCO FZ LLC began to take shape, built on the same dedication to customer service he had honed during his earlier career.
With time, his enterprise expanded, diversifying into sectors ranging from business development services, health and wellness product registrations, to solar maintenance and textiles. A distinguishing factor of his company, AZCO FZ LLC, is the personalized attention to client needs—a legacy from his days in the airline industry.
“Understanding people’s needs and offering tailored solutions is the backbone of our success,” he states. “We’re not just selling services; we’re building relationships.”
One of his proudest milestones was securing business agreements with one of South Korea's largest food and beverage manufacturers. This achievement symbolized not only the growth of AZCO FZ LLC but also his ability to channel foreign investments into India, solidifying his position in global business networks. His close collaboration with the Government of India to bring foreign direct investment (FDI) into emerging sectors underscores his vision. “We are not just growing businesses,” Mohammed says, “we’re creating opportunities, employment, and fostering growth for the entire community.” For his plans, He will also be leading a real estate business development project for 225 million USD in India!
He offers this advice to aspiring entrepreneurs: “Success doesn’t happen overnight. You’ll face failures, make mistakes, and doubt yourself at times. But if you believe in your vision, keep learning and adapting, nothing can stop you from reaching your goals.” His belief in innovation and adaptability has kept him ahead in an ever-evolving market, a mindset he continually instills in his team.
