As we know, in the year 2020, the world was at a standstill but while most people had a hard time, some people, created new opportunities during covid and became successful. Such is also the story of Mathan Gattani, a Math teacher who took the internet by storm with his cooking skills. Hailing from a middle-class family, Manthan, being a bright student, decided to pursue science. Being good at math, he took engineering, and eventually, he completed his MBA. While he had set his eyes on cracking the CAT exam, and he didn't want to burden his family with the financial expenses.
Determined to earn his own way, he started teaching at a nearby coaching center, utilizing his strong foundation in mathematics. Little did he know that this part-time job would turn into a full-time career, and would later also pave the way for his success as an Influencer.
As fate would have it, the pandemic struck, and the world came to a standstill. During this period of uncertainty, Manthan found himself exploring his passion for cooking, and he noticed that many recipe videos on YouTube were too lengthy and tedious. He decided to take matters into his own hands and started simplifying the recipes and compressing them into 1-minute videos, set to catchy Bollywood tunes. The response was overwhelming, and his videos quickly went viral.
One of the things that Manthan is really proud of is when renowned chefs like Gaurav Gera, and Gauri Pradhan, followed him. He had grown up watching them and he was truly elated to see them follow his page. As far as his education career goes, Manthan has put his heart and soul into making education simpler. He emphasizes more on the conceptual method so students understand it instead of byhearting it.
