You have got to have discipline and focus- on the customer and how you run the business...
As a child, I never even knew what becoming an entrepreneur is. I was just fascinated tobecoming a world-class athlete, an author, or a rock star which seemed to be easy. I want to earn money fast, so I can be free to live my life as I please. Belonging to a family background of business. Still I wanted to create something of my own.
That was June 2018, when I came up with Brown Rappers Network. At the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Professor Mr. Bill Zimmerman who pushed me to think bigger and work on what I am naturally talented at. Writing, speaking, making conversation with an individual on a level, deep knowledge of music, and artists in the industry. And I started reaching out to artists for interviews and wrote the script of questions, hosted the show myself, and developed relationships with artists.
My Entrepreneurial journey started on a small scale, offering to help promote people’s content through channels, be it stories, sharing posts, or even creating a written post, in exchange for a fixed rate. So we diversified to a talk show, which was still not making us money, but the networking was invaluable.
Music was still my priority, so to find the right people for music and music video production. I went from the USA to India in search of a team for music and one for visual content and social media management. I found a crew to help get the company.
I decided to use my creative projects as tests to see who can make music well, communicate well, who can make the best videos for artists in my network.
The biggest challenge therefore would be to get over the fear of dying. That fear of not existing is what drives everything. If you’re afraid of it, it will cripple every decision you make. To speak my mind and share with love. Smile For me and genuinely care for others.
Achievements are got interviewed by Nahi Peedhi (New Generation) magazine in Delhi, FULL PAGE PRESS, Nuka (Anushka Manchanda) was featured on a BRN review of her music video that we did for our channel back in 2020, this the music video only recently got awarded a feature in the collection of the world’s 80 most impactful music videos of all time, displayed at an exhibition at a UNESCO world heritage site in Germany. Our Network interviews its first Green Carpet Actress Mel Jarnson (Actor in Mortal Kombat Movie). Pt. Ravi Shankar’s youngest disciple, Rishab Rikhiram Sharma, interviewed with our Network and shot a music video for a song. The first song and Music Video, “Vibe So Fine” that my company Network produced managed to get a Rolling Stone India feature.
The message to other emerging Entrepreneurs is Loyalty is a two-way street. If I’m asking it from you, you’re getting it from me.
