Independence at a younger age…

Amardeep Singh: It suddenly became a major issue for people who weren't particularly excellent chefs themselves when the Corona lockdown forced everyone to stay inside their houses and compelled all businesses to shut down. This presented me with the ideal chance to promote authentic Indian cuisine to German kitchens, together with my co-founders Jennifer and Helena.

When I was a kid, my younger sister and I started our first business together. In my heart, I knew that I was meant for the corporate world. When I was a kid and I figured out a way to solve an issue that a lot of people were having, I always made it a point to tell as many people as possible about it. My sister and I started our first company in 2011 so that we wouldn't have to ask our parents for money anymore. In our first year of business, we were able to bring in more than a crore by selling custom corporate stationery to businesses in the United Kingdom.

We were still young, after all, and preferred to travel the world over building our company. By now, I've gained professional experience in France, Germany, and India (Chandigarh and Bangalore). To broaden my perspective on the corporate world, I continued switching fields. I'm now engaged in the food industry as well as training.

I made my way to Germany for the very first time in 2010. I was surprised to learn that, despite its widespread popularity in English-speaking countries, Indian cuisine has yet to make its way to Germany and most of Eastern and Central Europe. So I kick-started my company to promote Indian cuisine. But not being an odd fish in the pond, I had to get across stumbling blocks too. Paper packaging, low-emission transportation, and a plastic-free supply chain were all significant challenges. We were able to create a carbon-neutral website, which was a huge hit with our German clientele.

Through my journey, I realized something crucial that is If you're having trouble and can't figure out how to fix it, chances are good that there are other people in the same boat. The market will rush to adopt your solution the moment you introduce it. When it happens, success is certain.
