From the Mountains of the North East to the Forefront of Legal Innovation, The Inspiring Journey of Legalpreneur Vivek Tiwari!

Brought up in the mountains of the East, Vivek’s family’s military background initially made the idea of donning a uniform seem inevitable, but life’s twists led him on an entirely different trajectory. Spending his early years across Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, and moving to diverse regions like Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Chandigarh, he was exposed to a rich mosaic of Indian culture, cuisine, and tradition.

Entrepreneurship, while not something he explicitly aimed for, seemed to have quietly influenced his path since his school days, when he was part of a science club experimenting with brain mapping technologies. Although that project didn’t materialize, it sparked a desire to innovate. His subsequent career in natural sciences led him to prestigious institutions like NASA and CERN, but his calling lay elsewhere. Law beckoned him, and in 2020, Analogue Legal was born—starting with consultancy projects in patents and trademarks, it rapidly expanded into a full-service legal firm, today operating across six countries and playing a pivotal role in the Indo-Swiss Investment Corridor. Alongside this venture, eSahayak.io emerged, an innovative legal-tech startup aiming to revolutionize India’s legal documentation landscape.

Analogue Legal grew organically as his work transitioned from consultancy into handling intricate corporate and commercial matters. Starting from Chandigarh, Delhi, and Mumbai, the firm expanded into international markets—now having a stronghold in Singapore, London, and Astana, with recent forays into Switzerland and Canada. This ambition to establish a global law firm from India was no small feat, but he was determined to close the gap in India’s global legal presence. At the same time, eSahayak.io had a more calculated beginning, aiming to simplify the stamp generation process. The platform quickly evolved, and today, it facilitates e-stamp generation across more than 15 Indian states, while aggressively expanding its range of services, offering document automation for professionals, including lawyers, bankers, and real estate brokers.

Both ventures, although distinct in their operational focus, are tied by a common thread—innovation. In building Analogue Legal, the focus has always been on creating a scalable infrastructure that seamlessly integrates legal expertise across multiple jurisdictions. His vision is bold: "We strive to become India’s first truly global law firm, blending global expertise with local insights." Meanwhile, eSahayak.io has carved out a unique space as a fully self-service platform where users generate their own legal documents and e-stamps without needing expert assistance, pioneering a user-friendly legal-tech ecosystem.

The challenges were considerable, especially with the skepticism around e-stamps. Early resistance from users was quickly quelled once trust in the system solidified. Analogue Legal’s challenge was more structural—laying the necessary foundations to operate on a global scale. For him, it was clear that the future of legal services needed to be both client-centric and technology-driven. His vision is firmly rooted in these principles: to see Analogue Legal recognized for its global excellence and eSahayak.io becoming a household name, synonymous with legal accessibility and efficiency.

Recognition came in the form of being listed among the top 100 globally rising tech lawyers, a personal milestone that underscored his commitment to blending law and technology. Another standout achievement was his Public Interest Litigation advocating for minimum remuneration for lawyers, a case that highlighted his dedication to systemic reform within the legal community. His upcoming book further solidifies his contributions, representing the fulfillment of a long-cherished goal to document his journey and insights for others.
