An altruist, sangfroid, and crackerjack entrepreneur, Ms. Shreya Govind believes in welfare through her profession.

Shreya was born and raised in an erudite family in Bihar, where learning earned the topmost significance. She was a child prodigy in phrontistery. After earning a degree in political science honors course from the esteemed Delhi University college, Miranda House, she procured a PG in Management with distinctions and a knack in Human Resource Management. So, she sprained functioning as an HR in noteworthy companies like WNS, MPC, and UBQ Technologies securing a satisfying emolument. Skating on thin ice can be sometimes rewarding. As Shreya’s fate was premeditated, she climbed the ladder onto the path of perilous corporate training right after her second child was born, and this period brought uncertainties and self-doubt.

But the one who is braced by the family can conquer all the bridges. Shreya was always intrigued by people and inclined towards coaching and advancement. Admiring her preferences, she kicked off an entrepreneurial path in the field of skill development in order to become a transformational leader for several individuals through several strata of society. Despite the tons of responsibilities, she used her temporary maternity leave to accomplish most of her Ph.D. research prerequisites while simultaneously receiving training from IATD to become a licensed instructor.

Devoting time and effort to developing social ties that would generate a constant inflow of revenue was a key to Shreya's journey's beginning. The unexpected business upheaval caused by the pandemic posed a challenge. Suddenly, everything came to a halt, total chaos reigned, and earnings were depleted, but she could overcome these hurdles in time. The most fulfilling component of her trip thus far has been the alignment of her goals with her 'existential requirements.' She has always wanted to work in a field that has an influence or produces significant-good improvements in people's lives.

Now, as a corporate trainer, performance coach, and communications advisor, she is capable of making that "positive, meaningful impact" on a wide range of people, whether they are corporate practitioners at the initial or progressing stages of their careers, or emotionally fragile college students, or through her involvement with "Skill India" and other NGO projects that assist in skilling society's underprivileged youth. In the year 2016, she established herself as an entrepreneur and is striving toward creating an even more blissful life for herself as well as for others.
