Bivas Mishra says, “The most important thing I learned from my mistakes is that- it’s ok to fail, it’s ok to not always be on the top, but what is more important is to learn & carve the way out, because ups and downs are going to be a part of life.” It is very important to understand for an individual that, neither the Business environment isn’t going to be the same forever nor it is going to be always favorable. “Virtual Mode was never a thing in India, which is now being considered the new normal scenario.”
Entrepreneurship is a very tough journey, because it twists you physically, mentally, and emotionally as well. “I am lucky in this case, that my family. stood by the spark in me and has been the pillar of support in each step.” Resources are never enough for any business. “You have to learn to use the resources efficiently to conquer the industry.” The biggest roadblock in his journey was Covid as his industry was an offline-based business and due to the lockdown, nothing was happening. “But being an MBA student at that time I understood the importance of alternatives and that’s when we began connecting to industry professionals and hosting Conclaves and Summit for students and youth in India.”
Bivas says, “Dream big, but dare to channel your efforts for making it a reality. Impossible is until the time it is done.”
